Driven by Ingenuity. Built to Work.
From tinkering in a backyard to building 40+ machines across the country, Gorilla CNC is fueled by hands-on experience and a drive to constantly improve.

It All Started With a Welder
Gorilla CNC's journey started with a welder on the side of the road - broken, but fixable. In 2007, Dusty and Bill were building everything from dog boxes to BBQ grills in a backyard. Orders rolled in, and in 2011, Gorilla Fabrication was born.

When the demand for food trucks and trailers grew, so did the need for precision. Dusty and Bill looked at CNC routers — but nothin out there fit their quality standards or budget. So they built one.
We use Amazon for most of our components. It’s not about cutting corners — it’s about making service simple.

The Brains Behind the Builds
Dusty didn't have formal training in mechanical engineering — just a mind that never stops solving. From his first CNC router to every one built since, the focus has always been the same:

Build is strong. Make it smart. Keep it serviceable.

Each Gorilla CNC router is:
-
Designed for rigidity and repeatability

-
Built in-house from raw steel and aluminum

-
Assembled, wired, and tested in Charleston, SC

Rather than locking customers into expensive proprietary parts, we use quality components that are easy to find — so when it’s time to upgrade or replace, it’s quick, affordable, and on your terms.
🛠Built In-House
Steel frames are cut, welded, and painted in Charleston, SC. We control the quality — start to finish.
🧠Smart Design
Built for durability, accuracy, and ease of use — whether it’s your first cut or your hundredth.
🔩 Easy to Maintain
Standard components are chosen — meaning easier maintenance and faster turnaround.
